Erica’s creative journey began at Direct Development as a graphic design intern, where her technical expertise and unique design flair quickly earned her rave reviews from clients and peers alike. Graduating cum laude from Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Erica has since returned to her alma mater as a guest speaker for various design and career lectures, sharing her passion and knowledge with aspiring designers.
Erica’s design approach is all about pushing boundaries and creating bold, fresh designs that make a lasting impression. She loves experimenting with different textures and artistic styles, always striving to manifest her creative visions into unique visual experiences. Her borderline fanatic love for typography is evident in her work, as she constantly explores the ways in which type can shape and enhance everyday life. As Creative/Art Director, Erica brings her keen eye for detail and her penchant for user-centric design to create visually stunning and highly functional experiences.
But Erica’s commitment to the field of graphic design doesn’t stop at her day job. She is also an active Sustaining Member of the AIGA: New York Chapter, where she stays connected with the design community, continues to learn and grow, and contributes to the advancement of the field.
